A design proposal for a two storey kiosk, located in historic Change Alley, Singapore to cater to the thousands of oil industry personnel located in Singapore's 'oil district'.

The expression of an oil tank plays off the location at the base of Caltex House and adjacent to Shell tower. A self service food counter is replenished from the preparation kitchen on the second level, hidden from view. Food is accessed to the staff service areas at the base of the tower by a central dumb waiter encased in glass. A long steel stair rises up the side, as access for staff to the kitchen and store rooms.
