reception Drill-face Kashmir White [KV] blocks of granite were hand selected directly from the PRP Export quarry in Madurai, India. Other stones throughout the property are also from India, reducing our carbon footprint. Along with 98% of the lighting being LED, Avasa is a highly ecological property. Lobby flooring is Pokarna Quantra Quartz : Mykanos - 2 times the hardness of granite. |

The main lobby features an optic-fibre chandelier made from 25 kilometers of Japanese tubing. Jacobsen EGG chairs in gunmetal metallic leather dot the space. Recycled slump glass side tables and the mirrored central pond add cool color.

There will be more than 70 different room variations through the combinations of Delux + Club rooms : 4 carpet colors, 4 patterns, 2 veneer types and 2 stone flooring colors. All feature mid-century designer classics, like the Eames Walnut shell lounge, Mies van der Rohe Bruno chair, and Eames Aluminum Group seating. Club rooms include 2 desk chairs for informal business meetings. An additional informal meeting space seating 4, is available on every floor. Formal boardrooms are located on level 2. |
