Poole Associates has designed 5 F+B spaces at this new resort & spa being created from the uninhabited island Kihava, in Baa Atoll: The Lobby, All-Day Dining, Moroc Beach BBQ, Bar + Pool, and the Signature overwater restaurant + bar. Our first site visit to this paradise island was 19th May - Vesak Day 2008, and again on May 20 2009. Design work began in September 2008. Out to tender in May 2009.
